my bf had a dui and owes about 1000 in fees to the court.he hasnt been paying?

No, typically they would put out a warrant for his arrest for not paying.
also dont worry about these jerks. My husband has a dwi and I know first hand people can be judgemental when they dont know you. People make mistakes that doesnt make them a bad person. As long as he pays the courts he should be fine.

The great thing is they will eventually get a collection agency after you and your credit will be destroyed, so there’s one good thing. And there will be a warrant for the loser too. So that’s two good things.

2 counts of dui ? he should be put away for 3yrs until the idiot learns his lesson about drinking and driving. To hell with making him pay money put the bastard away for awhile.
